The MINUTEMAN Rocket Stove is made by hand in the USA. The burn chamber and chimney are 1/8” mild steel and will last many years of daily use. The Minuteman is double wall constructed with a superior ceramic fiber mat insulation (not perlite or rock wool as with other stoves) between the burn components and the outside ammo can chassis. The exterior only gets about 200 degrees, so there is no thermal stress on the ammo can and it is safe to burn the MINUTEMAN on a picnic table without damaging the wood. It is built to last and carries a five year warranty against defective parts or construction.

Named after my grandfather (a depression era barber), Otto’s Strops are beautiful, oak trimmed, table top, leather blade sharpening strops. They look great on your work bench and offer many benefits over stones or belt strops. When you use stones, you are inevitably ruining your back bevel and leaving micro burs on your blade.
