John D. Ratliff is a U.S Army Veteran and Certified Surgical Technologist. His 23 years of Operating Room experience includes the past 14 years in surgical technology education. He is the Director of the Surgical Technology Program at Jefferson College of Health Sciences and is President of Common Ground, a newly formed group that focused on educating people in prepping, survival, bush-craft and the Constitution.
John lives in Stewartsville, Virginia with his wife Barb and two children Zane and Gracean Laine.
